Masalani Colliery
Masalani Colliery, formerly known as Straafontein, located in Mpumalanga.
The operation was renamed to honour the family legacy of the Founder, Lucky Kgatle, reflecting values of resilience, humility, and integrity.
Key Features:
- Open-cast coal mine
- Produces RB3 and RB4 coal
- 120+ employees
- Strategic domestic coal supplier

Kangala Plant
Kangala Plant is a Coal Handling and Processing Plant (CHPP) located in Delmas, Mpumalanga, approximately 65 km east of Johannesburg.
The facility consists of two 350t/h modules:
- Dense Medium Separation (DMS) module
- Crushing and screening module
Key Features:
- Processes over 5 million tons of ROM coal annually
- Produces over 3.5 million tons of final product
- Supplies Eskom and inland markets
- Employs 200+ people (including service providers)
- 70% local employment from Victor Khanye Municipality
- Prioritises local procurement and community development

Tlou Mining Services (TMS)
(Tlou Mining Services (TMS), a subsidiary of Tlou Holdings, is a leading provider of underground mining services, open cast mining, crushing, screening and bulk material handling solutions)
TMS is led by experienced mining professionals with strong operational and executive backgrounds.

Letsatsi Solar Project
In partnership with Sinohydro South Africa, Letsatsi Joint Venture (LJV) has been awarded the contract for a 75 MW Solar PV facility at Lethabo Power Station under a long-term agreement with Eskom.
