Since the Foundation launch in 2024

TLOU Foundation continues with a targeted bursary programme that develops future mining and related industry professionals, while promoting community upliftment in areas of strategic importance to Tlou Holdings.

Strategic Intent
Support local talent development aligned to Tlou Holdings operational and community footprint.

Invest in critical skills required for sustainable mining and related sectors.

Strengthen corporate social investment (CSI) impact through transparent and equitable bursary selection and administration.

Five students have been funded enrolled, for various Core Mining & Extraction Disciplines across different Gauteng universities
